A discovery call is a complimentary conversation where we discuss what you’re currently navigating and what you’re hoping to gain from coaching. It’s also an opportunity to ask questions and see if working together feels like the right fit.

Coaching sessions typically last between 45–60 minutes. The exact structure may vary depending on the coaching plan that best supports your needs and goals.

Everyone’s journey is different. Some clients benefit from a few focused sessions, while others prefer ongoing coaching support as they work through transitions and build long-term growth.
