I’m Skylar Bouchard, I’m dedicated to helping people move through separations, grief, and transitional periods to gain stability and align them with their passions and purpose. I’ve spent years supporting individuals at the Canadian Mental Health Association, gaining deep insight into emotional resilience and mental health recovery. I studied yoga and meditation in India, and along with being a certified personal trainer, I understand the powerful connection between body and mind. I have trained and learned many modalities throughout my journey of growth and I look forward to helping you find deeper personal fortitude and understanding.
